►WARNINGS
• These devices must be used according to their designed
destination. Respect their assigned ratings in terms of current,
voltage, IP and their Ex classification (see EU declaration).
• SPeX portable socket-outlet (connector) must be equipped
with a protective ring.
• Respect the 'Ex' classification. The cross-section of
conductors must be at least those defined in the certificate or
the EU Declaration of Conformity, depending on the
maximum current.
• Cables must be selected according to IEC EN 60079- 14
standard.
• These devices must imperatively be interlocked with
switchgear having suitable characteristics.
• DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN THE RING TOWARDS "1" WHEN
THERE IS NO COMPLEMENTARY DEVICE ENGAGED.
• Apply the recommended tightening torques.
• The supply of the pilot circuit must be protected against
transient over-voltages of 4 kV by means of an appropriate
isolating device.
