Der optische Arbeitssensor (1) überwacht bei beiden
Osmolatoren
den Wasserstand mit einer Genauigkeit von

0,5 mm und aktiviert die Pumpe bei Bedarf.
3154: Der unabhängige Sicherheitssensor (2) stoppt die
Pumpe, wenn der Arbeitssensor nicht abschaltet.
Ein Sicherheitstimer von 10 Minuten stellt die letzte
Sicherheitsstufe gegen Wasserschäden dar.
Zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Einbauumgebungen
lässt sich die Pumpenleistung in zwei Stufen wählen. Die
Mindestdosierzeit von 10 Sekunden dämpft die Regelung etwas.
3151: Der in zwei Stufen einstellbare Sicherheitstimer begrenzt
die Maximaldosierzeit und vermeidet so ein Überfüllen.
Die Mindestdosierzeit beträgt 10 Sekunden.
Eine Status-LED zeigt Betrieb und Fehler an (3).
Für
die
Pumpe
sind
verschiedene
Sicherheitsfunktionen integriert.
Ein Entlüftungsmodus ermöglicht einen problemlosen Start bei
Inbetriebnahme oder nach Trockenlauf.
Ein Trockenlaufschutz mit automatischem Wiederanlauf nach
5 min schützt die Pumpe vor Überhitzen und übermäßigem
Verschleiß. Der automatische Wiederanlauf verhindert, dass

3 nano den Betrieb aufgrund

eines Fehlalarms einstellt.
Gleiches gilt für den eingebauten Blockadeschutz mit
automatischem Wiederanlauf.

The optical primary sensor (1) of both Osmolator
water level with an accuracy of 0.5 mm (0.02") and activates the
pump if necessary.
3154: The independent safety sensor (2) stops the pump if the
primary sensor does not switch off.
A safety timer of 10 minutes represents the final safety level
against damage by water.
To adapt to different installation environments, two stages
of pump performance can be selected.
The minimum dosing time of 10 seconds slightly slows
down the regulation.
3151: The safety timer, which can be set in two stages,
limits the maximum dosing time and thus avoids overfilling.
The minimum dosage time is 10 seconds.

The pump features various comfort and safety functions.
A venting mode enables a smooth start when putting into service
or after dry run.
Dry running protection with automatic restart after 5 minutes
protects the pump from overheating and excessive wear. The
automatic restart prevents the Osmolator
nano from stopping operation due to a false alarm.
The same applies to the built-in blockage protection with
automatic restart.
