LIMB A TREE
CUT LIMBS ONE BY ONE. BE CAREFUL WHEN

TIME. SMALL LIMBS CAN GET CAUGHT IN THE
SAW CHAIN AND PREVENT SAFE OPERATION
OF THE PRODUCT.
Note: If it is necessary, cut the limbs piece by piece.
Cut the smaller branches (A) before you cut the limb
near the trunk (B).

Remove the limbs on the right side of the trunk.

Keep the guide bar on the right side of
the trunk and keep the body of the product
against the trunk.
b)
Select the applicable cutting technique for
the tension in the branch.

BUCK A LOG
To buck is to cut a log into lengths.
It is important to make sure your footing is secure and
your weight is evenly distributed. If possible, lift the
log and hold it with branches, logs or chock. Obey the
instructions below:
