Problem
The product does not turn on
The nozzle works for a long time
During operation, the nozzle
stopped spraying
Nozzle does not spray
Low water spraying
Light warning signals
If the power indicator flashes
1 time for 2 sec
If the power indicator blinks
2 times for 2 sec

If you have a malfunction, follow the troubleshooting guide.

Cause
There is no power or fuse has
tripped
The nozzle extends for
self-cleaning after
simultaneous pressing of the
buttons of the washing of the
rear part of the body and wash-
ing of the front part of the body
The nozzle stops spraying after
a certain period of time, spraying
resumes automatically after
120 sec
If the user moves too fast or gets
out of the seat, the user's body is
out of range of the seat sensor's
operation
Inlet filter is clogged
Leaking water hose
Faulty input temperature sensor
of the water supply to the prod-
uct or no connection
Defective output temperature
sensor for water leaving the
product or no connection
Remedy
Connect the electricity
This is a standard procedure,
wait for a few seconds
This is a standard procedure,
wait for 120 sec
Change the position to enter
sensor operation range and
press the corresponding button
Clean the filter or replace
the filter
Check the water supply hose and
securely connect it to the water
supply valve to the device
Turn off the power immediately
and stop using the product.
Contact a service technician.
