ASSEMBLY
INSTALLING THE WATER PUMP
See Figures 8 - 9.
The pump recirculates water from the tray to the cutting
wheel.
 Locate pump well in water tray. Pump well is marked,
"PUMP".
 The pump is equipped with suction feet to secure in place.
Press down firmly on the pump to attach the feet to the
bottom of the water tray.
 Check to make sure the water pump's electrical cord and
water hose have been placed under the frame rails and
over the left side of the frame as shown in figure 10.
 Connect the clear hose to the barbed end of the 90°
fitting.
 Route the pump power cord along the edge of the water
tray and out the opening at the rear of the tray.
INSTALLING MOTOR HEAD AND BASE TO
WATER TRAY
See Figure 10.
 Rest pump power cord and water hose in the notches
provided on the water tray.
 Carefully lift the motor head and base assembly over the
water tray, as shown.
 Place the frame on the water tray as shown being careful
not to pinch the pump power cord or water hose.
 Push back the rubber boot on the electrical cord and
plug the pump into the receptacle. Pull boot over cord
connections to help keep water off the plug.
INSTALLING THE SLIDING TABLE
See Figures 11 - 12.
To Unlock the Sliding Table:
 From the right side of the table, pull the table lock lever
out and turn the lever toward the back of the saw.
