Probable Causes
Corrective Action
Stop the pump, fill it with water, check all pipe connec-
tions to make sure there are no air leaks and try again.
Check for proper voltage and tight wiring connections.
Check impeller and nozzle. Refer to disassembly instruc-
tions.
Check suction line connections.
Pump cannot pump below 25 feet. Contact a profes-
sional service provider.
Use a larger diameter pipe.
Check impeller and nozzle. Refer to disassembly instruc-
tions.
Check pipe.
Check that the voltage is the same as indicated on the
motor name on dataplate. Check that connections are
tight.
Cut back control valve gradually until operation is con-
stant.
