2. General Information
1. Loading Safety Systems:
In general, it is important to use LOADLOK loading safety systems only for load securing
in accordance with EN 12195.
Pay particular attention to ensuring that all attachment points, such as load securing tracks,
double decking tracks, floor fittings or similar components, along with their connections to
and integration with the vehicle´s body, can withstand the necessary securing forces.
The calculation and execution of load securing procedures must be carried out exclusively
by trained professionals.
Not all Load Securing Systems are freely combinable with each other.
LOADLOK products are designed and manufactured for long-term use.
2. Information:
- The LOADLOK load securing tool complies with the REACH guidelines.
- A "CE"-marking is not possible for this tool, as there is no corresponding EU directive.
- Compliance with the ROHS guidelines is not possible as it is not an electronic device.
- All LOADLOK load securing tools are designed for easy cleaning.
However, the suitability of using the LOADLOK load securing tool in the context of
food transportation and its integration into an HACCP concept must be separately
verified by the user.
- Some products are independently certified. Details about the certificate and testing
procedure can be found on the product label.
