3+ (0.5 μm) and HHPC 2+: 0.5 μm–5 μm
HHPC 6+: Channel 1 fixed at 0.3 μm, and up to five additional channels with
sizes selectable from 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0 or 10.0 μm.
HHPC 3+ (0.3 μm): Channel 1 fixed at 0.3 μm, and up to two additional
channels with sizes selectable from 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 5.0 or 10.0 μm.
