My child doesn't look steady,
what should I do?
The two outer stabiliser wheels
may lift momentarily during
use. This is normal. However, it is
important to ensure that the infant
is safe, secure, and comfortable in
the product. Joey should only be
used indoors on a flat, firm and
level surface.
If you are in any doubt as to the
stability of the infant or product,
refer to Section 10.7 'Preparation
and Set-Up' to ensure correct set-
up and positioning of the infant on
the product.
How often should I clean Joey?
We recommend sessional, daily,
and weekly cleaning so that you
get the most out of your product,
now and in the future.
Always ensure that the product
is fully cleaned before using with
different users. Advice can be
found in Section 7 'Cleaning &
Care' of your user manual.
What progress will my child
make with Joey?
Progress with Joey will vary from
child to child. It depends on many
things, such as the child's disability
/ condition, if there are any
underlying (or associated) health
conditions, and how often they
use Joey.
We recommend that you speak
to your therapist to help set
appropriate goals and milestones
for your child's development.
