Problems
The appliance does not
work.
The appliance works only
for a while and then it
stops automatically.
- The room temperature
sensor does not work or
is damaged.
- The evaporator oil pipe
sensor may be damaged.
Please contact your after-
sales service.
- Water-tank-full warning. - Drain the water tank.
Possible causes
- Verify if the appliance is
plugged in properly.
- Verify if the power cord
or socket is damaged.
- Verify if the fuse is
broken.
- If you are using a remo-
te control, verify if the
battery is exhausted.
- The appliance has ente-
red safety mode.
- Verify if the air outlet
is blocked by any bulky
object.
- The timer has been
activated.
- Replace the room tempe-
rature sensor.
- Replace the evaporator
oil pipe sensor.
Solutions
- Perform the connection
of appliance properly
- Contact an electrician for
its replacement.
- Contact your service pro-
vider to have it replaced.

- Replace the battery of
the remote control by a
new one.
- Allow 3 minutes before
pressing the power-on
button as the protection
device may be activated.
- Remove the obstacle.
Turn on the appliance
again. Then set the timer.
