The petrol wood shredder should only be serviced by the
brand's technical assistance center, or other qualified
personnel, replacing any necessary parts with original
parts.
Observe the safety instructions. Remove the spark
plug cap and wear tight-fitting gloves when working
with the blades.
Carry out all assembly work on a horizontal, firm and clean
surface.
1. Insert the axle into each hole of the shredder base;
2. Fit the wheels (8), washers and tighten with the nuts.
Make sure the wheel fill valves are facing outwards.
1. Align the holes in the front support leg (1) with the bolts
on the shredder base;
2. Place washers and tighten with nuts.
1. Fit the hopper slots (10) into the hooks on the shredder;
2. Fit washers and tighten with nuts;
3. Connect the emergency stop switch plug (5).
1. Align the holes in the discharge chute (6) with the holes
of the shredder;
2. Place the bolts in the upper (fixed) holes and tighten
them from the inside with washers and nuts;
3. In the lower (adjustable) holes, place the bolts from the
inside and tighten from the outside with the wing nuts.
1. Move the choke lever to the left to "CLOSE" position;
2. Turn the fuel valve to the "ON" position. The lever must
be turned to the right;
3. Place the throttle lever in the middle position;
4. Turn the ignition key (13) to the "START" position until
the engine starts;
5. After about 30 seconds, move the choke lever to "OPEN
"position, to the right.
Do not set the choke lever to "CLOSE" position if the
engine is warm or air temperature is high.
1. Move the choke lever to the left to "CLOSE" position;
2. Turn the fuel valve to the "ON" position. The lever must
be turned to the right;
3. Place the throttle lever in the middle position;
4. Turn the ignition key (13) to the "ON" position;
5. Pull the recoil starter (2) slowly until you feel some
resistance and then pull the recoil starter tightly until
the engine starts running;
6. After about 30 seconds, move the choke lever to "OPEN
"position, to the right.
Do not set the choke lever to "CLOSE" position if the
engine is warm or air temperature is high.
To stop the engine, move the throttle lever to the right and
turn the ignition switch (13) to the "OFF" position.
In the event of an emergency, you can press the emergency
stop switch (5).
The wood shredder engine is designed to run on petrol.
Never use contaminated petrol or a mixture of oil and
petrol. Avoid getting dirt or water in the tank.
To check the fuel level and fill the tank, the engine must be
stopped. When filling the fuel tank, do not exceed the
maximum level, the upper limit of the filter.
