Before any maintenance and cleaning tasks, remove
the spark plug cap.
An engine running with low oil level will cause severe
engine damage.
1. Place the wood shredder on a flat floor;
2. Remove the oil filler cap (screw cap);
3. Check the oil level;
4. If the level is low, add oil (15W40) until the appropriate
level is reached;
To change the oil:
5. Remove the oil drain plug and empty all the oil;
6. Tighten the oil drain plug and add new oil;
7. Check the oil level and top up to the correct level.
Air filter
1. Loosen the wing nut and remove the filter cover (3);
2. Remove the wing nut and filter;
3. Blow out the filter element with compressed air until it is
completely clean;
4. Place all filter element in the filter and assemble the
remaining components in reverse order to disassembly.
To ensure proper engine operation, the spark plug should
be clean and proper gapped between the electrodes.
1. Remove the spark plug cap and check that it is clean;
2. Measure the distance between the electrodes with a
suitable tool. The distance must be between 0.7-0.8 mm.
If necessary, fold the electrode until the appropriate gap
is reached;
3. Install the spark plug and tighten firmly
may damage the engine;
4. If the spark plug does not spark when starting, replace
it.
If the blades become clogged with debris from the material
to be shredded, proceed as follows:
1. Set the ignition (13) to the "OFF" position;
2. Press the emergency stop switch (5);
3. Remove the spark plug cap;
4. Lift the blade access and cleaning/unclogging cover (11)
by loosening the two bolts.

access the second blade.
Cleaning
The wood shredder must be thoroughly cleaned after each
use. Careful handling protects the equipment and extends
its service life.
Before cleaning, allow the equipment to cool down
completely and remove the spark plug cap. When cleaning,
wear long-sleeved protection and tight-fitting gloves.
Storage
Never store the equipment with petrol in the tank.
Depending on the region and storage conditions, petrol can
deteriorate and oxidize, causing damages in the carburettor
and fuel system, difficult starts and clogging caused by
