No data can be read by the optical drive.
− Check whether the disc has been inserted correctly.
The mouse or keyboard does not work.
− Check the cable connection.
− If you have a wireless mouse or wireless keyboard, check the
batteries and the receiver.
Not enough space is available on the hard disk drive.
− Save data you do not need to CD-Rs, DVDs or other external media.
The PC will not start.
− If the cable connections are correct, try resetting the PC's mains
adapter. Move the mains switch on the back of the PC to the position
0 (OFF). Then press and hold the mains switch on the front for 10
seconds. Wait another 5 seconds and start up your PC again.
Apps (e.g. the weather app) cannot be displayed as live tiles.
− Check the date, time zone and time.

• Have you made any upgrades or modifi cations to the initial
confi guration?

• What steps have you already taken to try and rectify the problem?
Driver support
The system has been thoroughly and successfully tested with the
installed drivers in our test laboratory. It is normal in the computer sector,
however, for the drivers to need updating from time to time.
