The machine serial number is located on the rear side of
the machine. The last 4 digits indicate the month and
year of the manufacture. (01 = month, 12 = year).

Selection of appropriate materials and instal-

Stainless steel and other corrosion resistant materials can
be contaminated during installation, joining and forming.
This contamination could cause corrosion and premature
failure. Careful evaluation of materials and methods for the
specific service conditions, including chemical and tem-
perature, should be completed before any installation is
attempted.

Tool Assembly

WARNING
To reduce the risk of serious injury during use, fol-
low these procedures for proper assembly.
ON/OFF switch should be OFF and machine un -
plugged before assembly.

Fitting Brushes and Holder

(optional accessory for the 122XL)
1. Mount the fitting brush holder to the side of machine
using provided screws
2. Attach the quick-change collet (Figure 4) to the front
roller shaft extending from machine housing using
the setscrew. Securely tighten with / " hex key.
