-Solvent based lubricants used,
- Belt is too tight.
Plug the unit into a wall socket with an
EARTH terminal. Set switch (L) to
Position [1].
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of the box and place
it on the floor as shown in Fig.1.
The assistance of a second person
is advisable for the assembly work.
Make sure that all of the pieces are
there:
(1) Main structure; (3) side bar (left);
(4) Side bar (right); (16) Allen screw
M8x25; (22) Self-tapping screw 4x16;
(23) Self-tapping screw 4x25; (33)
Monitor; (45) Safety key; (63) Side bar
base cover (Left); (64) Side bar base
cover (Right); (124) Allen key 6mm;
(127) Bottle of lubricant.
Follow the instructions step by step to
assemble:
1 First of all take the right side bar (4)
connect terminals (35) (36) Fig.2, then
insert the side bar (4) into the bottom
right-hand support on the structure
and use screws (16).
2 Now take the left side bar (3) and
insert it into the bottom left-hand
support on the structure and use
screws (16) to secure it.

3 At least two people are needed for this
step. When fitting the side bars, one
person should hold the side bar while
the other one fits the screws (16). This
will prevent any possible accidents.
4 Position the left and right base
covers (63) and (64) in the direction of
the arrow facing the corresponding
side bar, as shown in Fig.3.
FITTING THE MONITOR:
5 Connect the control cable terminal
(37) Fig.4, coming out of the monitor, to
the control cable (36), sticking up from
the right-hand side bar (4), and insert
screws (16), making sure not to pinch
the cables, and tighten the 4 screws
(16) fully.
6 Position the left and right base covers
(63) and (64) in the direction of the
arrow facing the corresponding side bar,
as shown in Fig.5 and attach them by
using screws (22) (23), as shown in
Fig.5.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (76),

The treadmill has to be moved as
shown in Fig.6. Even though this can
be done by one person it is advisable
that two people are involved due to
the weight of the machine. It is very
important to grip of the machine, it
must
never
bygrabbing the electronic monitor.
Once the machine is in an ideal spot
for use, lower it gently down onto the
floor.
To prevent accidents DO NOT move
the treadmill across uneven floors.
