10.2 disinfectable bladderless cuffs
cleaning:
the cuff can be wiped with a damp cloth or, like other cuffs, washed with soap in cold
water. Please rinse with clear water in this case. In addition, this cuff can be washed
up to 60° in the washing machine. Before using again, it must be ensured that no more
liquid is in the cuff or the tube. this can adversely affect the measurement result, as
well as damage the blood pressure monitor.
the tubes can be wiped off with a damp cloth or a little ethanol on a cotton cloth.
10.3 disinfection:
the cuff can be completely immersed in disinfectant solution. Only disinfectants with
proven efficacy with regard to national requirements should be used.
Before using again, it must be ensured that no more liquid is in the cuff or the tube. this
can adversely affect the measurement result, as well as damage the blood pressure
monitor.
please note!
Disinfectable bladderless cuffs must not be ironed! never subject the cuffs to intense
solar radiation! Do not touch the cuff cover nor the pad with a pointed object as this
could cause damage!

11. trouBleshooting

11.1 predictive thermometer:
the error message appears in the temperature field.
a)
If the device does not work perfectly after washing and reconnecting the
thermometer probe, rinse all contacts with in deionised water and dry with an air
blower.
