1.
La Nordica S.p.A. products are guaranteed within the European Community for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
The purchase must be proven by a fiscally valid document issued by the retailer (receipt, invoice or transport note) that identifies the product
purchased and the date of purchase and/or delivery of the same.
CAution: this conventional warranty does not replace the warranty provided for by european consumer protection rules.
The conventional warranty is to be understood as limited to the Italian territory and to those territories within the European Community
covered by the service of authorised technical assistance centres (consult the website www.lanordica-extraflame.com)
It must also be understood as being territorially bound to the state of residence and/or domicile of the consumer that must be the same one
as that where the seller of the La Nordica S.p.A. product has its registered office and/or business premises.
These rules do not apply in cases of purchase of the product in the context of commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activities. In these
cases the product warranty will be limited to a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
ITALY WARRANTY
How to proceed in case of anomaly in operation of the product:
Consult the instruction manual to see whether the anomaly can be resolved by correctly applying the functions of the product. Make sure
that the defect falls within the typology of defects covered by warranty; otherwise the cost of the intervention will be fully charged to the
consumer. When requesting assistance from the Authorized Assistance Centre, always indicate: - the nature of the defect - the model of your
device - complete address - telephone number
EUROPEAN WARRANTY
What to do in case of anomaly in operation of the product:
Consult the instruction manual to see whether the anomaly can be resolved by correctly applying the functions of the product. Make sure
that the defect falls within the typology of defects covered by warranty; otherwise the cost of the intervention will be fully charged to the
consumer. Request assistance from the Assistance Service or from the address of the technical assistance centre authorised by the seller,
always indicating: nature of the defect, model of your appliance, complete address and telephone number.
in the event of non-conformity that has occurred in the first 6 months of life of the product, the consumer has the right to repair of the
defect at no cost.
From the seventh to the twenty-fourth month, if a defect of conformity has been ascertained, the consumer will have to bear the cost of
any call out while the seller will continue to bear the cost of labour and of any functional spare parts used.

If the defect is due to external conditions and/or events such as, by way of example and not exhaustive, insufficient capacity of the systems,
incorrect installation and/or maintenance performed by personnel who do not meet the requirements of the laws in force in the consumer's
country of residence, negligence; inability of use and poor maintenance by the consumer, with respect to what is reported and recommended
in the instruction manual of the product, which is an integral part of the contract of sale, this warranty expires.
The damages resulting from the product in the absence of proven causes due to manufacturing defects are not included in this warranty.
Similarly, defects of incorrect operation of the flue, in accordance with the legislation in force in the country at the time of purchase, as well as
all product defects due to carelessness, accidental breakage, tampering and/or damage in transportation (scratches, dents, etc.), interventions
carried out by unauthorised personnel and further damage caused by erroneous actions by the consumer in an attempt to remedy the initial
failure are excluded from this warranty.
The following consumables are excluded from the warranty: gaskets, ceramic or tempered glass, cast iron coatings and grids, refractory
materials (e.g. Nordiker or other), painted, chromed or gilded details, majolica elements, handles, the burn pot and its components. In Idro
products, the heat exchanger is excluded from the warranty if a suitable anti-condensation circuit is not provided to guarantee a return
temperature of the appliance of at least 55 degrees. In general, all components external to the product on which the consumer can intervene
directly during use and/or maintenance or which may be subject to wear, and/or the formation of rust, stains on steel due to the use of
aggressive detergents are excluded from warranty.
In case of reporting of defects not subsequently found in the verification phase by an authorised technician, the intervention will be fully
payable by the consumer.

If the restoration of conformity is not possible through the repair of the product/component, a replacement will be made, leaving the expiry
date and warranty terms unchanged at the time of purchase of the product/component to be replaced.

La Nordica S.p.A. declines all responsibility for any damage that may, directly or indirectly, derive from persons, animals and property as a
consequence of failure to comply with all the instructions indicated in the instructions manual concerning the warnings regarding installation,
use and maintenance of the product, also downloadable from the website.
5.
Interventions for the calibration and/or regulation of the product in relation to the type of fuel or other are excluded from the warranty.
