6. Should the product be repaired at one of the Authorised Technical Assistance Centres indicated by La Nordica S.p.A. and in case of
replacement of the product, transportation will be free. In cases where the technician was able to repair the product at the user's home, and
the same refuses, transportation to the workshop, return will instead be at the user's expense.
7. After the 24-month warranty period, any repair work will be fully carried out by the consumer.
8. In the event of a dispute, the only competent court is the court of the registered office of La Nordica S.p.A. - (Vicenza-Italy)
FURTHER WARNINGS
• Use only the fuel recommended by the manufacturer. The product must not be used as an incinerator.
• Do not use the product as a ladder or support structure.
• Do not put laundry on the product to dry. Any clothes drying rack or similar must be kept at a specific distance from the product.
Danger of fire and damage to the coating.
• Any responsibility for improper use of the product is entirely the responsibility of the user and exempts the manufacturer from any
civil or criminal liability.
• Any kind of tampering or unauthorised replacement of non-original parts of the product can be dangerous for the safety of the
operator and exempts the company from any civil or criminal liability.
• Most of the product surfaces are very hot (door, handle, glass, smoke outlet pipes, etc.). It is therefore necessary to avoid coming into
contact with these parts without adequate protective clothing or suitable means, such as thermal protection gloves.
• It is forbidden to operate the product with the door open or with the glass broken.
• The product must be electrically connected to a system fitted with an effective earthing system.
• Turn off the product in case of failure or malfunction.
• Do not wash the product with water. Water may enter the unit and damage electrical insulation, causing electric shock.
• Installations that do not comply with current regulations will void the product warranty, as well as improper use and non-maintenance
as recommended by the manufacturer.
