Hold the breastshield onto
your breast with your thumb
and index finger. Support
your breast with the palm of
your hand.

Switch on the breastpump.
 Slide the switch to Start.

Turn the vacuum control up
towards MAX until it is slightly
uncomfortable. Then turn
down slightly towards MIN.
 Make sure that the milk
flows into the bottle
properly.
