A Remove the TWO SHIPPING TUBES (14) from
the frame and THROW AWAY.
B Attach the FRONT STABILIZER (9) to the
frame using TWO ALLEN BOLTS (7) and TWO
WASHERS (8), and secure firmly by ALLEN
WRENCH (6).
