Operating the product near active implanted systems
Interference with active implantable systems (e.g., pacemaker, defibrillator, etc.) due to electromagnetic interfer
ence of the product.
► When operating the product in the immediate vicinity of active implantable systems, ensure that the minimum
distances stipulated by the manufacturer of the implant are observed.
► Make sure to observe any operating conditions and safety instructions stipulated by the manufacturer of the
implant.
WARNING
Use of the product while operating a vehicle or machinery

► Applicable national legal regulations must be complied with when operating vehicles of any kind or when

INFORMATION
The ability of prosthesis wearers to operate a vehicle is determined on a case-by-case basis. Criteria include the
type of fitting (amputation level, unilateral or bilateral, residual limb conditions, prosthesis design) and the
amputee's individual abilities.
CAUTION
Changing prosthetic components when switched on
Risk of injury due to faulty control or malfunction of the prosthesis solution.
► Remove the rechargeable battery from the battery receptacle or switch off the prosthesis solution before chan
ging prosthetic components (such as the terminal device).
► The 12K50=* ErgoArm can be locked and unlocked by means of the mechanical pull cable even when it is
switched off.
