Changing the gas cylinder

Always change the gas cylinder away from any source of fire.
•
Do not change the gas cylinder when using the appliance. The control knobs must be in the closed
•
position "
" (stop).
•
Wait for the appliance to cool down completely.
•
The change must only be made outdoors.
•
Do not smoke when changing the gas cylinder.
•
Always change the gas cylinder at an appropriate heat.
•
When the gas cylinder is empty, have it filled or replaced by an authorised dealer, where your cylinder
will not be filled to more than 80% of its capacity to allow the gas to expand with the temperature.
•
Have your cylinder inspected every 10 years by an authorised service.

Preparation before cooking
•
Before using the barbecue for the first time, wipe the cooking grills, griddle and keep warm rack with
a solution of water and washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Rinse and dry thoroughly before placing
them back on the appliance.
•
Make sure that the flame diffusers are installed under the cooking grills on the left side of the
appliance (see diagram below).
•
To prevent food from sticking to the cooking grills and the griddle, coat them with cooking oil before
each use.
