9. Application Software and EULA. The Product may also be associated with, and some
features of the Product may interact and interface with, Walter application-based software (collectively,
the "Application Software"), which may be accessed by downloading or installing the Application
Software from an online store or app store run an authorized third party or by Walter (as the case may
be). All Application Software is provided subject to a separate end-user license agreement
accompanying or otherwise made available with the Application Software (the "End-User License
Agreement"). Customer agrees that it is and shall be bound by the End-User License Agreement and,
in the absence of such an End-User License Agreement issued by Walter, Customer shall have no right
or license to use or otherwise handle any of the Application Software. Walter does not warrant any
Application Software under this Agreement. Warranties, if any, for the Application Software are
contained in the End-User License Agreement that governs its handling and use.
10. Proprietary Notices. Customer agrees to maintain and reproduce all copyright and other
proprietary notices on all copies, in any form, of the Products in the same form and manner that such
copyright and other proprietary notices are included on the Products.
11. Limited Warranty. The Products are warranted against defects in materials and faulty
workmanship as set out in this paragraph, subject to Section 12. If any malfunction occurs within
one-hundred eighty (180) days after the date of shipment of a Product from Walter (the "Warranty
Period"), you must return the Product, transportation charges prepaid, with proof of purchase, to the
nearest Walter Authorized Service Centre. If an examination reveals that, in Walter's judgment, the
Product has a defect in material or workmanship, and provided further that the Product has been used
in accordance with this Agreement, Walter will at its sole discretion, replace or repair such Product (the
"Warranty"). Any claim made under the Warranty must be made within the applicable Warranty Period.
Repaired or replacement Product will only be warranted for the remainder of the Warranty Period.

iii. make error corrections to or otherwise modify or adapt the Product
Software or create derivative works based upon the Product
Software, or to permit third parties to do the same; or
iv. decompile, decrypt, reverse engineer, disassemble, otherwise
reduce the Product Software to human-readable form, or take any
action to gain (or attempt to gain) access to trade secrets or
confidential information in the Product Software.
Walter is not obligated to provide you with any technical support, updates,
upgrades, bug fixes, supplements, or modified versions of or to the Product
Software. However, unless specified otherwise in writing by Walter, reference to
the "Product Software" shall include any updates, upgrades, bug fixes,
supplements, or modified versions of or to the Product Software licensed or
provided to Customer by Walter at Walter's sole discretion.
Except as expressly authorized in this Agreement, Customer shall not make any
copies or duplicates of any Product Software without the prior written
permission of Walter.
The structure, organization and code of the Product Software are valuable trade
secrets, confidential information and copyrighted material of Walter and/or its
licensors and affiliates. Customer shall not disclose, provide, or otherwise make
available such trade secrets or copyrighted material in any form to any third
party without the prior written consent of Walter.
The Product Software License is and shall be effective until terminated.
Customer may terminate the Product Software License by destroying all copies
of the Product Software. Without prejudice to any of Walter's rights, the Product
Software License shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of
the terms of this Section 8. In such event, you shall immediately destroy the
Product, any copies thereof and any related materials provided by Walter.
