There will be an acoustic and an optical warning if this maximum heart rate is exceeded.
The resistance must be reduced by the user himself using the rotary button (3). The resistance is not
adjusted by the Crosswalker, as is the case with the Constant Heart rate exercise form.
By pressing the green button (1) you start the training, and the exercise screen appears. (Fig. 11)

When the training time has elapsed or if you have pressed the stop button (2) during the training, this
overview screen will appear containing the results of the training just performed.
