INSTALLATION, OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
After the first 3,000 km of post-installation use:
1) Please ensure that the torque wrench settings of the drawbar coupling
bolts (10) and the ball cup drawbar eye (6) screws (15), are within a 350 to
450 Nm setting range;
2) Ensure that the torque wrench setting of the screws (8) between the ball
(5) and the coupling (1) is within a 250 to 300 Nm setting range;
Every 15,000 km:
1)
Please ensure that the torque wrench settings of the drawbar coupling
bolts (10) and the ball cup drawbar eye (6) screws (15), are within a 350 to
450 Nm setting range;
2)
Ensure that the torque wrench setting of the screws (8) between the
ball (5) and the coupling (1) is within a 250 to 300 Nm setting range;

4) Check that the safety lock screws (2, 2a) and the adjustment screw (3)
are regularly tightened, should any one of them be loose, replace it
and then tighten it to a 330 to 370 Nm torque wrench setting;
5) Lubricate the ball cup housing (6) directly through the grease nipple (18)
using a high EP property grease.

between the ball cup (6) and the
adjustment screw (3). If it is higher
than1 mm, proceed with adjusting
(please consult point 6 in the 3.1
COUPLING UP section at previous
page 13/24).
