In the normal position (position 0), you can wind the watch move-
ment by turning the crown clockwise. Always wind the watch fully,
until you feel the resistance of the crown. If the crown is wound
beyond this point of resistance, the friction clutch in the crown
system can be felt and heard to grip. This prevents overwinding of
the winding mechanism and consequent damage to the movement.
Your watch has a power reserve of 46 hours. In order to achieve
maximum precision, you should wind your watch fully every day. The
crown must always be in position 0 while the watch is being worn.
