- Before measuring current check the meter fuses' and turn off
the circuit before connecting the meter to it.
- With low battery meter can produce false readings that can
lead to electrical shock and personal injury.
- The internal circuit should not be altered to avoid risk of injury
or accident.
- If you are not using the meter for a long time, remove the
battery.

4.1 General Maintenance

- Clean the cover with a damp cloth; do not
use solvents.
To clean the terminals:
- Remove dust on them.
- Soak a cotton swab oily cleaning agent and
clean the terminals with it.
