5� Route the lap part of the vehicle seat belt through the
SecureGuard clip�
NOTE: The lap part of the vehicle seat belt should rest low on the
child's upper thighs.
6� Remove slack from the vehicle seat belt�
NOTE: Proper positioning is achieved when the shoulder belt
lies across the center of the child's chest and is positioned at or
just above the child's shoulder.
7� Review Checklist on page 21 to ensure all steps have been
completed fully�
