The screen shows measurements for both upstream and downstream, where:

It reports about data network (refer to section 4.2.4).
Pressing this key you can switch between downstream
data report and downstream constellation (refer to
section 4.2.3.1).
Goes to SPECTRUM function (refer to section 4.2.3.4) /
SCAN function (refer to section 4.2.3.3).
Through this function you can store measurements in
the memory of the instrument for later viewing, printing
or transfer to a PC (refer to section 4.2.3.5).
Pressing this key you can navigate among editable
parameters. To edit a value use the Cursor keys or the
alphanumeric keypad, as appropriate. In this case you
can edit: FREQ, frequency where the signal is
measured; BW, is the bandwidth; CHANNEL, is the
name of the tuned channel belonging to the selected
plan. By this way you can change the tuned channel
and measure other signals.
