TIPS & TRICKS
•
Ingredients that are stored away in the refridgerator, such as butter or eggs, are
best mixed at room temperature. Therefore we advise you to remove them from
your refridgerator in due time when you plan on mixing them later.
•
To be sure you do not have any little pieces of egg shell in your batter or whisked
eggs, break the eggs away from the bowl you will use later. Remove the egg
shells there and only then mix the egg whites or yolks.
•
Do not beat your ingredients too hard. Follow the recipes to the letter, making
sure you always mix your ingredients at the right time/for the right duration.
•
Always start mixing at the lower speeds to gradually increase the advised speed
setting mentioned in the recipe.
