WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects arising from improper handling, e.g. overheating, discolouration,
scratching, damage caused by falling on the floor, repair attempts and improper cleaning. Mere visual traces of use are
also excluded. The same applies for normal wear and tear.

ENVIRONMENTAL NOTE:
Old devices do not belong in domestic waste. Dispose of them in accordance with the intended systems for
separate collection.

Fill the water tank
Lime scale deposits
Tube has kinked in the water tank
Fixture is not fully connected
Deposits or block at the connecting
locations
The cloth absorbs water
SOLUTION
Device is unplugged or the mains
switch is not in position ON (I)
Fill the water tank
Remove the mop head and clean
the nozzle.
Follow the cleaning instructions in
this user manual to remove the lime
scale deposits.
Remove the kink from the tube in
the water tank.
Switch the device OFF, let it cool
off, remove the fixture and replace
it again.
Remove the fixture, check and clean
the connecting locations.
Remove the wet cloth and replace
it with a new one. Otherwise, let the
cloth cool off, wring it out thoroughly
and apply it again.
