7.4 Installation

The following fixing options are available for installing the lifting column:
RKPowerlifttelescopic
Four M8 fixing borings in the base and cover plates respectively. The recommended bolt depth
is a maximum of 6 mm and the recommended torque 15 Nm.
RKPowerlift rack
Four M10 bolt channels in the inner and outer sections respectively. The recommended bolt
depth is at least 25 mm and the recommended torque 25 Nm.
Preferred installation position:
Other installation positions are only permitted in agreement with RK Rose+Krieger GmbH.
RKPowerlift spindle
Four M10 fixing borings in baseplate and four M10 bolt channels in the inner section. The
recommended bolt depth is a maximum 9 mm in the baseplate and at least 25 mm in the in-
ner section and the recommended torque 25 Nm.
For guaranteed rigidity, it is essential to stipulate an adequately dimensioned foundation to ab-
sorb the stated maximum compressive and tensile forces and the torque loading (see section 6.2).

7.5 Connecting the hand switch

You can connect the following hand switches to the lifting column:
2-key hand switch (Start-Stop) to drive the lifting columns. The hand switch is connected di-
rectly with the lifting column. The controller is built into the lifting column.
You can connect the following controllers to the lifting column:
RKMultiControl mono
RKMultiControl duo
The lifting column is connected with the external controller.
The controller is not in the lifting column, but in an external controller.
