7.6 How the hand switch works
7.6.1 2-key hand switch
You can drive lifting columns with the hand switch.
Observe the instructions to avoid damage to the hand switch.

Hand switches may only be used in sealed rooms.
•
The hand switch is to be protected against ingress of liquids.
7.7 Using the hand switch
You control the lifting column with the keypad on the hand switch. This moves [the lifting col-
umn] in the chosen direction of motion until the end stop is reached or the key is released.
7.7.1 Overview of the 2-key hand switch
Lifting column DOWN

Press the key to move the lifting column.
Lifting column UP

Press the key to move the lifting column.
7.7.2 Drive up to position manually
•
Press the DOWN or UP key and keep the relevant key
pressed until the lifting column has moved into the
desired position.
The position of the lifting column appears in the display.
Ensure that nobody is in the vicinity of the drive when the lifting column is moving.
Therefore, only use the hand switch if you can see the lifting columns - danger - risk
of accident!
