2.1.6.- Ubicación.
El SAI dispone de ruedas por lo que es fácil su ubicación en
el sitio correcto. La ubicación escogida debe garantizar:
- Fácil conexión.
- Espacio suficiente para trabajar en el SAI, considerando
las operaciones de mantenimiento correctivo y la
localización y corrección de fallos.
- Intercambio de aire suficiente por el calor producido
por el SAI.
- Protección contra descargas atmosféricas.
- Protección contra excesiva humedad o fuentes de
calor elevadas.
- Protección contra el polvo.
- Cumplimiento de la normativa vigente contra la
prevención de fuego.
- Temperatura ambiente de trabajo entre +20 y +25 °C:
Las baterías alcanzan su máximo rendimiento en este
rango de temperaturas.
2.1.7.- Panel de distribución del SAI.
La figura 2.2 muestra la colocación de los interruptores y
conectores del SAI.

2.1.6.- Siting it in the operative position.
The UPS is fitted with wheels so as to easily move it to the
right place. The place chosen must guarantee:
- Easy connection.
- Enough space to easily work on UPS , considering also
troubleshooting and corrective maintenance opera-
tions;
- iIterchange of air sufficient enough to dispel heat
produced by UPS.
- Protection against atmospheric agents;
- Protection against excessive humidity and very high
heat sources.
- Protection against dust.
- Compliance with the current fire prevention norms.
- Operative environment temperature within +20° C
and +25° C. The batteries are at maximum efficiency
in this temperature range.
2.1.7.- UPS distribution panel.
The figure 2.2 illustrates the switches and plugs arranged on UPS.
