Danger of injury!
Piston rods may move uncontrollably when the operating
voltage is switched on.
O
Stay away from the cylinder piston rod.
2. Switch on the operating voltage.
3. Stipulate 0 V or 0 mA (set point 0%) as the set point.
The piston rod will retract completely or until the
mechanical stop has been reached; the red LED creep speed
retraction (8) will be illuminated or blink.
4. Turn the potentiometer Soll 0% (set point 0%) (14) to the
right until the red LED creep speed retraction goes out.
5. Now turn the potentiometer Soll 0% approx. one turn more
to the right.
The "retracted" position is now set.
This procedure must now be repeated for the "extended"
position.
6. Stipulate 10 V or 20 mA (set point 100%) as the set point. The
piston rod will extend completely or until the mechanical
stop has been reached; the red LED creep speed extension
(10) will be illuminated or blink.
7. Turn the potentiometer Soll 100% (set point 100%) (13) to
the left until the green LED creep speed extension goes out.
8. Now turn the potentiometer Soll 100% approx. one turn
more to the left.
The "retracted" position is now set.
9. Repeat step 3-8 one to two times, as the settings for the
"retracted" and "extended" positions have an influence on
each other.
