Attach SEAT RAIL (5) to MAIN FRAME (2), put
ROTATION SLEEVE (11) through SEAT RAIL
(5) and MAIN FRAME (2), then using 2 FLAT
WASHERS (I) and 2 BOLTS (J) to tighten
SEAT RAIL (5) on the MAIN FRAME (2).

Plug the FOLDING LOCKING PIN (12) into the
hole on MAIN FRAME (2) and then screw it
tightly by clockwise.
