Troubleshooting
If you cannot pair the speakers to a compatible Bluetooth
proceed as follows:

Make sure that the Bluetooth
When a device is connected via a 3.5 mm (0.14") jack cable, the
®
function is deactivated.

Ensure that the speaker is turned on.
♦
If you use several music devices, ensure that any previous connection is
disconnected (see section Function of the buttons for music playback).
There may be a previously paired device within range.
♦
Make sure that the speakers are no more than 32 ft from the Bluetooth
device and each other. Make sure that there are no barriers or elec-
tronic devices placed between them.

Device does not turn on.

The integrated battery is not charged.
Charge the battery (see section Charging the speaker).
No sound.
♦
The volume on the device or the playback device is set to mute.
Increase the volume on the device or on the playback device.

Playback has not been started on the playback device. Start playback
on the playback device.
The two speakers will not connect to each other.
♦
The speakers are not in pairing mode. To change this, press and hold
the
button and the
®
speakers for about 2 seconds until you hear a sound. Wait a moment
until the speakers have connected to each other.
