2. Unscrew the release screw from the carburettor's float bowl.
3. The fuel will come from the carburettor's interior and should be
collected in a suitable container.
8. ELIMINATION
Once the life cycle of the motor drive pump is complete, it should be sent to one of the companies responsible for its disposal.
ATTENTION
Do not dispose of the motor drive pump in rubbish bins as it contains many parts which may contaminate the environment.
- Change the motor oil.
- Clean the air filter.
- Check for any loose screws and tighten them.
- Clean the motor drive pump's external area, removing dust and im-
purities. If necessary sprinkle with antioxidant spray.
- Cover the motor drive pump with a nylon canvas and store it hori-
zontally in a dry and ventilated area.
- Clean the interior of the motor drive pump by rinsing the interior
with clean water. If not done correctly this could damage the rotor
when used again. Following cleaning, unscrew the water release val-
ve until it is in its initial position.
