5.3 Einfädeln der Drahtelektrode
Die herausgeförderte Draht-
elektrode kann die Augen,
Hand und andere Körperteile
ACHTUNG!
verletzen!
Schauen Sie nicht in die
Kontaktspitze, halten Sie
nicht die Hand oder andere
Körperteile davor, wenn Sie
die Drahtelektrode einfädeln.
Eine Kontaktspitze mit zu
kleinem Innendurchmesser
behindert die Drahtförderung.
ACHTUNG!
Ein zu großer Innendurchmes-
ser kann negativen Einfl uss
auf die Schweißnahtqualität
haben.
Beim Wechsel des Draht-
elektrodendurchmessers
immer die Kontaktspitze mit
wechseln.
1. Drücken und halten Sie den Einfädeltaster
am Drahtvorschub solange bis die Draht-
elektrode an der Kontaktspitze des Pisto-
lenkopfes heraustritt.

5.3 Threading the wire electrode
The wire electrode feed out can
damage your eyes, hands and
other body parts!
WARNING!
Never look directly into the
contact tip. Never hold your
hand or other body parts in
front of the contact tip while
threading the wire electrode.
A contact tip with an inner
diameter that is too small will
hinder the wire feed. A contact
CAUTION!
tip with a too-large diameter
can negatively affect the qua-
lity of the welded joints.
When changing the wire elect-
rode diameter, always change
the contact tip as well.
1. Hold down the thread button on the wire
feeder until the wire electrode emerges from
the contact tip of the torch head.

Enhebrar los electrodos del cable

El electrodo extraído del cable
puede dañar los ojos, las manos
y otras partes del cuerpo!
ADVERTENCIA!
No mire la punta de contacto,
no ponga su mano u otras par-
tes del cuerpo delante de ésta,
cuando enhebra los electrodos
del cable.
Una punta de contacto con un
diámetro interior muy pequeño
dificulta la alimentación del
ATENCIÓN!
cable. Un diámetro interior
demasiado grande puede infl uir
negativamente en la calidad del
cordón de soldadura.
Cuando cambie el diámetro
del electrodo del cable, cambie
siempre la punta de contacto.
1. Presione y sostenga el pulsador para enhe-
brar en la alimentación del cable hasta que
el electrodo del cable salga de la punta de
contacto del cabezal de la pistola.
