1. Mounting instructions

DANGER! Electrical equipment, live parts. Electrocution.
REMOVE THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY OPERATION!
Wear suitable clothing (without loose parts) and use specific Personal Protective
Equipment such as:
- safety footwear, cut resistant gloves, cut resistant clothing (apron with jacket,
protection for legs etc. )
- goggles for protection against projections, safety helmet
Protect the hands with work gloves.
Polaris D-Mini Polaris D are supplied as standard with right-handed doors; should you need left-
handed doors simply install them reversely from right to left.
This operation takes only 30 minutes and needs to be performed by two operators.

1.1. Reverse the doors

It is NOT possible to install hinges adjacent to each other.
Equipment required for mounting:
Jack - Blade - Drill - Bit Dmax=9mm - Hex keys 2/3/4.
To reverse the doors proceed as follows:

Remove the spring tensioning key
from its housing

A) Insert the spring tensioning key
into one of the lower pin holes.
Rotate as shown in the figure to
release the pin.

B) Keep the key fixed in the position
shown, remove the spring tensioning
pin and put both the pin and the key
in a safe place.
A) Remove the fastening screws of
wires protective plate.
B) Pull out the wire.

C) Remove the connector
D) Open the connector
