Coffee preparation:
• Remove the filter holder and take care not to
touch hot metal parts.
• Clean the filter from coffee remains.
• Fill the filter holder with freshly ground coffee
(1 coffee dose for single filter – 2 coffee doses
for double filter). Tamp the coffee firmly with the
special tamper and clean the filter ring in order
to remove any coffee remains and insert the filter
holder into the group.
Hot milk preparation
Put milk in a pitcher. Place steam wand

in order to remove all milk deposits, then let some

To obtain the best quality of milk froth, it is necessary to perform a specific procedure during milk
heating. This procedure can be taught through training courses or specific videos but it is not
described in this manual, due to safety reasons.
