ASSEMBLY OF THE INNER EXPANDING FOAM PADDING OF THE CHEEK PADS
7.1 Gently put the inner expanding foam padding inside the fabric lining of the left
cheek pad (Fig.17). Carefully spread out the padding while checking that there are
no wrinkles in the cheek pad fabric lining.
7.2 Insert the upper flap "B" and the lower flap "C" of the frame into their loops on the
back of the frame (Fig.16).
7.3 Fasten the three eyelets "A" of the rear frame of the left cheek pad next to the three
snap buttons (top, front and rear) on its back (Fig.16).
7.4 Repeat these steps with the right cheek pad padding.

CHEEK PAD ASSEMBLY
8.1 Put the left cheek pad against the corresponding polystyrene inner cheek pad,
insert the chin strap into the passageway of the cheek pad padding and push it
near the three buttons on its back in order to fasten them to their seats (Fig.15).
8.2 Repeat these steps with the right cheek pad padding.
Warning: the buttons are not fastened until a click is heard. Check that the strap
comes out properly from the cheek pad padding.
8.3 Insert the chin strap in the slot of the windproof strap, embedded in the cheek
pads, and then in the elastic loop on the roll neck, taking care to leave the bands
of the chin strap inside the helmet (Fig.14).
WARNING

If your helmet is equipped with the double D-Ring retention system, pull it
down as indicated in the attached double D-Ring label.

Remove the inner comfort padding only when cleaning or washing is required.

Never use the helmet if the inner comfort padding and the cheek pads have not
been correctly and completely fitted.

Delicately hand-wash in lukewarm water (max. 30° C) and neutral soap.

Rinse with cold water and allow drying at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

Never machine-wash the inner comfort padding.

The inner polystyrene is an easily deformable material. It is apt to change or get
partially destroyed to help absorb shocks.

Do not modify or alter the helmet's internal polystyrene components in any way.

Clean the inner polystyrene components with a damp cloth only and allow it to dry
at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

Never use tools or equipment of any sort to carry out the steps described above.

ADJUSTING THE ROLL NECK STRETCH
The roll neck stretch can be adjusted to adapt to the different sizes or riding positions
of the riders.
9.1 To increase the roll neck stretch press the button of the left strap clip and simulta-
neously pull the elastic strap towards the rear part of the helmet (Fig. 23). Follow
the same steps on the other side of the helmet.
9.2 To decrease the roll neck stretch press the button of the left strap clip button and
simultaneously push the rear part of the roll neck to loosen the stretch of the elas-
tic strap (Fig. 24). Follow the same steps on the other side of the helmet.
