11) After 15 min to 20 min, remove the liner and turn it inside-out.
12) NOTICE! Work carefully when sanding in order to avoid damage to the silicone materi
al of the liner.
Trim the BetaSil with scissors or sand it with a sanding sleeve (see fig. 13).
Then sand with the sanding brush (see fig. 14).
Finally smooth with the polishing roller (see fig. 15).
5.3 Preparing the Dispenser
For homogenous mixing of the two silicone components, a static mixer is threaded onto the cart
ridge. Then the cartridge is inserted into the dispenser that pushes out the silicone.
Vulcanisation of the silicone begins as soon as the two components mix in the static mixer. When
work interruptions (e.g. to change the cartridge) are shorter than the processing time of the silic
one, the static mixer can continue to be used. Partly emptied cartridges can be resealed with the
cover cap. The silicone in the cartridge remains unmixed and can still be used. The static mixer
must be disposed of after the work is complete.

3) Pull the dispenser plunger back to the stop.
4) Put the cartridge into the dispenser with the notch at the bottom (Fig. 8).
5) Lock the dispenser.
6) Push the plunger into the cartridge by operating the handle until the static mixer fills with silic
one.
7) If the cartridge is not empty after completing the work, reseal it with the cover cap.
