4. Replace the outside air opening panel.
5. Locate the cover in front of the outside air
opening panel.
6. Fix the upper portion of the cover with the
screws removed in step 3.
7. Remove and keep the side screws of the manual
outside air louver.
8. Align the holes of the screws on the cover with
the screw holes o the side of the manual outside
air louver. See Pictures 1. Fix the cover with
the screws kept in step 7.
9. Set the minimum position of the louver blade
adjusting the manual outside air from of the
louver blade. Slide the blade vertically until it
reaches the proper position. Tighten the screws.
10.Remove and keep the screws of the cover sides.
11.Insert the shade and fi x it to the cover with the
screws kept in step 10.
ECONOMIZER - Follow the instructions included
with the economizer.
8th Step – Setting of the Evaporator Fan Speed
– Set the evaporator fan speed in order to comply
with the working environment conditions.
For units with electric heating, the minimum
required fl ows are:

To adjust the belt tension:
1. Remove the access panel to the evaporator fan.
2. Loosen the fan motor bolts.
3. Displace the assembly plate of the motor
downwards in order to achieve the proper belt
tension. See Picture 12.
4. Adjust the nuts of the threaded stick that
sustains the assembly plate. The assembly bolts
in order to secure the motor in a steady position.
In order to change the fan speed:
1. Interrupt the power supply to the unit.
2. Loosen the belt removing the nuts of the fan
motor plate (see Picture 12).
3. Replace the motor pulley for another one, with
the required outside Ø.

4. The increase of the fan speed originates from the
motor load increase. Do not exceed the maximum
speed recommended in the Evaporator Fan
Performance Tables.
In order to align the fan and motor pulleys:
1. Loosen the captive screws of the fan pulley
(Picture 12).
2. Slide the fan pulley along the fan shaft.
3. Align the angle by loosening the motor of the
assembly tray. (see Picture 13)
