INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNING FOR ADJUSTMENTS

Important
Before carrying out any replacement proce-
dure, activate all the safety devices provided
and decide whether staff at work and those
in the vicinity should be informed. In partic-
ular, turn off the gas and water supply taps,
cut off the electricity supply to the appliance
using the master switch and prevent access
to all devices which might cause unexpected
health and safety hazards if turned on.

ADJUSTING GAS VALVE (0*1FR1GD - 1*1FR2GD)

Important
This adjustment is only required if the type
of gas to be connected is diff erent from that
used for testing after the conversion proce-
dure has been carried out (see page 12).
Carry out this operation as described on both the
gas solenoid valves.
Natural
Turn off the gas supply tap.

Open the hatch (A).
2)
Unscrew the cap (D).

Fully screw the adjusting screw (E).After ma-

king the setting, seal the screw with paint.
Restore the initial conditions after completing

the operation.
Liquid gas
Turn off the gas supply tap.

Open the hatch (A).
2)
Undo the screw (B) of the pressure connec-

tion.
Connect the pressure gauge (C) to the pressu-

re test point.
Unscrew the cap (D).

Turn the gas supply tap back on.

Light the burner and turn the screw (E) funtil

the pressure gauge shows the pressure recom-
mended in the table of injectors at the back of
the manual.

ADJUSTMENTS

Adjustments must be carried out by author-
ised, qualifi ed staff , in accordance with the
relevant legal requirements.
Before making this adjustment, check that
the gas supply pressure is the same as the rat-
ed pressure for the type of gas in use (see ta-
ble at back of manual).

Check the stability of the fl ame. After making
the setting, seal the screw with paint.
Turn off the burner, disconnect the pressure
gauge and restore the initial conditions after
completing the operation.
