1. INTRODUCTION
SM520E and SM630E are floor type dough sheeters with thread commutator.
This machine is produced to extend and mould the dough into sheets for Dan-
ish bread, croissant and puff pastry etc.
Each side of the machine has a conveyor belt. Dough is pressed between a
couple of rollers from one side, rolled and put out from the other side. The speed
of the inlet side is slower than that of the outlet side. When changing transporta-
tion direction, the speed shifts automatically.
During operation, the gap between the two rollers can be adjusted gradually till
getting the desired dough thickness.
2. FEATURES
• Shifting speed by thread commutator and chain wheel.
• Chain wheel drive avoids conveyor belt slip.
• Remove scrapers for claening easily without tools.
• Use manual lever or footboard switch conveniently for operation.
• Safety grid for safe use.
• Transportation platform can be lifted when the machine is not in opera-
tion.
3. INSTALLATION
1.
After uncrating the machine, inspect it carefully to see whether there is any
damage that might have occurred during shipment. Report any damage to
us before proceeding.

Select a location for your reversible dough sheeter with sufficient room for
operating, cleaning and servicing, and the floor must be solid and level.

Check the top and bottom scrapers, flour box to see if these are well posi-
tioned.
4.
After putting the machine in place, skid the four castors to fix the machine.
