6.2. How to proceed

Remove on both sides of the table the two bolts holding the hand protection
plates.
2. Unscrew the bolt of the guide shaft a bit in order to enable you to shift the
protection plate.

Turn the protection plate down, you will now see the setting nut. By turning
this nut, you can adapt the tension of the belt.

To increase the tension, the nut has to be turned clockwise, to decrease
tension, it has to be turned anticlockwise
5. After adapting the tension of the belts, the protection plate can be put into
place again and the nuts fixed.
6.3. Check the safety grid
The machine should stop immediately when you lift the safety guard. If not,
please call for professional technicians to check it.
7. OpERATION FUNCTION
7.1. Power switch
"ON" means the power is on, "OFF" means the power is off.
7.2. Emergency Button
Press the button in case of emergency and the machine will stop
immediately. The machine will resume its work when the emer-
gency button is turned in the direction of the arrow as indicated on
the button.
7.3. Manual Lever

Press down the left end of manual lever, conveyor belt
will move to right. Press down the right end of manual
lever, conveyor belt wil move to the left. Put the manual
lever in level position, the machine will stop. During the
operation, the manual lever will not return to the level
position automatically.
