1.
Pak de trekhaak en alle toebehoren uit en bestudeer elk onderdeel. Verwijder
indien nodig de beschermstrip bij de bevestigingspunten.
2.
Verwijder de bekleding van de bagageruimte. Demonteer het middelste kunststof
onderdeel van de achterwand. Verwijder het beschermingspaneel aan de linker-
en rechterkant.
3.
Als 2 of meer personen de trekhaak monteren, is demontage van de bumper
niet nodig.
Als u de bumper demonteert: Demonteer de achterlichten (2 x 3 schroeven).
Verwijder de 3 x 3 schroeven bij de linker- en rechter wielkasten. Verwijder de
verlichtingskabels van de nummerplaat. Demonteer de 2 bumperhouders aan de
onderkant van de bumper. Demonteer de bumper aan de rechter- en linkerkant.
4.
Laat de achterste uitlaatdemper zakken (2 ophangrubbertjes).
5.
Verwijder het isolatiemateriaal overeenkomstig toebehoren „4" uit de
bagageruimte en doorboor vervolgens de bodemplaat bij de punten „A" (4x)
volgens de fabrieksmarkeringen met een boor van Ø20 mm. LET OP! Doorboor
alleen de bodemplaat!
6.
Als u de bumper demonteert: Doorboor de punten „B" volgens de
fabrieksmarkeringen met een boor van Ø12 mm (4x).
Als u de bumper niet demonteert: Gebruik een centerpons en breng opnieuw de
fabrieksmarkeringen aan bij de punten „B" en doorboor deze vervolgens met een
boor van Ø12 mm (4x).
7.
Plaats onderdelen „4" en „5" in de bagageruimte op de punten „A" met de
meegeleverde bevestigingsmaterialen en aan de hand van de afbeelding.
8.
Bevestig onderdelen„4" en „5" op de punten „B" aan de achterwand met de
meegeleverde bevestigingsmaterialen en aan de hand van de afbeelding.
9.
Monteer trekhaak „1" op de punten „A" met de meegeleverde
bevestigingsmaterialen en aan de hand van de afbeelding. Trek de
bevestigingsmaterialen aan:
10. Monteer de stekkerplaat volgens de tekening.
11. Monteer alle verwijderde onderdelen weer aan de auto.
12. Monteer de trekkogel.
13. Na ongeveer 1000 gesleepte kilometers moet de spanning van de
bevestigingsschroeven van de trekhaak worden gecontroleerd en indien nodig
worden aangetrokken met het juiste moment.
14. Bij Bosal geldt een garantie, behalve bij gebreken die voortkomen uit oneigenlijk
gebruik (art. 185, lid 2 van BW).
15. De montage van de trekhaak mag alleen worden uitgevoerd in professionele
werkplaatsen.

(GB) 048003 Fitting Instructions
1.
Unpack the towbar and the accessories, and then inspect all parts thereof. If
necessary, remove the protective adhesive in the area of the fitting points.
2.
Remove the floor mat of the trunk. Dismount the middle plastic part from the rear
panel. Remove the covering panel in the left- and right sides.
3.
If two or more persons mount the towbar, it is not necessary to dismount the
bumper.
If you dismount the bumper: Dismount the rear lights (2x3 screws). Remove 3
pc screws at the left- and right-side wheel-boxes, respectively. Remove the cables
of the registration plate lighting. Dismount 2 bumper supporting units in the lower
side of the bumper. Dismount the bumper in the right- and left sides.

Lower the rear exhaust muffler (2 pc suspension rubbers).
5.
Remove the insulating material from the trunk in accordance with the accessory
marked with "4", and then drill out the floor plate at points "A" (4x) with a Ø20-mm
drill in accordance with the factory-made dotting. ATTENTION! Drill through only
the floor plate!

If you dismount the bumper: Drill out points "B" with a Ø12-mm drill in
accordance with the factory-made dotting. (4x)
If you do not dismount the bumper: Use a punch mark, and dot back the
factory-made marks at points "B" from the trunk, and then drill them out with a
Ø12-mm drill. (4x)
7.
Place the parts marked with „4" and „5" into the trunk onto points "A" with the
attached bonding units in accordance with the figure.
8.
Fix the parts marked with "4" and "5" at points "B" to the rear panel with the
attached bonding units in accordance with the figure.
9.
Mount the crossbar marked with "1" onto points "A" with the attached bonding
units in accordance with the figure. Tighten the bonding units:
10. Mount the socketplate in accordance with the drawing.
11. Remount all the removed parts onto the car.
12. Mount the towing ball.
13. After about 1000 towed kilometres the tightness of the fixing screws of the towbar
should be checked, and if necessary, they should be retightened with the
appropriate torque.
14. Bosal will undertake a guarantee, except for the faults arising from the improper
use. (art. 185 lid 2 N.B.W).
15. Exclusively a specialized repair shop may carry out mounting of the towbar.
