(GB) 11-62 A Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary,
remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment /
frame members.
2.
Remove the floor lining of the boot and the plastic back panel.
3.
Take out the storage bins.
4.
Remove the synthetic side units of the trunk.
5.
Place the interior plates up to the orienting points , and then draw them round and
remove the insulation material drawn round.
6.
Lower the rear exhaust muffler. 2 pc rubber brackets.
Drill out the bodywork plate with a drill Ø25 at the orienting points in accordance with

Place the distance tubes (8;9) into the frame member, insert the interior plates (4;5)
and the M10x100 screws to their place.

Loosely fix the crossbar (1) at points „b" with the attached bonding units in
accordance with the drawing.
10. Adjust the towing hook into mid-position, and then tighten all the screws:

11. Remount all the removed parts onto the car.
12. Mount the towing ball (2) and the socket plate (3) onto the crossbar.
13. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.

10. Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:
11. Szereljen vissza minden eltávolított alkatrészt az autóra.
12. Szerelje a vonógömböt ( 2 ) és a dugaljtartó lemezt ( 3 ) a vonóhorogtestre.
13. Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak
14. A Bosal garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból adódó
15. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.

Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
Vegye ki a csomagtér padló kárpitját, és a műanyag hátfallemezt.
Vegye ki a tároló rekeszeket.
Távolítsa el a csomagtér oldalsó műanyag elemeit.
Helyezze fel a beltéri lemezeket a tájoló pontokhoz , majd rajzolja körbe, és távolítsa
el a körberajzolt szigetelő anyagot.
Engedje le a kipufogót. (2 gumibak).
Fúrja ki a karosszéria lemezt Ø25-ös fúróval a tájoló pontoknál az 1. ábra alapján.
Helyezze a gerendába a távtartó csöveket (8;9),illessze a helyére a beltéri lemezeket
(4;5) és az M10x100-as csavarokat.
Lazán rögzítse a vonóhorogtestet (1) a „b" pontokon a mellékelt kötőelemekkel a
rajz alapján..
