4.4- Assembly of the detached parts

Feeding nozzle (1)
It drive the grains to the disintegrator, as well as to
introduce the maize plants, sugar cane, grass etc.
Fasten the chute (1) according picture aside, using tree
bolts (1a) that you find on machine.
If you have difficulty in the assemble of the
feeding nozzle, remove the counter-knife and
set it with the feeding nozzle.
Grain hopper (2)
It store the grains that will be directed to the impeller.
Install the grain hopper (2) into feeding nozzle (1) and
push it to fit correctly, according the picture aside.
Protection screen (3)
Serves to avoid that the particles of ground products to
become throw off the nozzle (1).
Fit protection screen (3) on the nozzle (1), according the
picture aside.

g) Vuelva a instalar la tapa (7).
h) Cierre la tapa (8) y trábela con la cerradura (9).

7.4- Cambio de la contracuchilla

Si la contracuchilla (1) está con desgaste, con el borde
redondo, reemplácela por una nueva.
a) Quite la boquilla de alimentación según el punto "a"
de la página anterior.
b) Quite las tuercas (2) y a seguir la contracuchilla (1).
c) Instale la contracuchilla nueva en la posición que se
muestra abajo.
d) Vuelva a instalar la boquilla de alimentación.
OBS.: La contracuchilla con el borde redondo resulta en
corte desparejo, producto con hilachas y desperdicio de
energia de accionamiento.
Tras el ensamble de la contracuchilla, compruebe la
distancia entre ella y las cuchillas del rotor, según se
describe en el punto anterior.
